About Me

My motto is “Let the sky be the limit, instead of your celling”

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

The population served is teens, young adults, adults, and the aged. Our focus is on individuality, the need for extensive or short-term counseling sessions using evidence-based theories, cognitive behavioral techniques person-centered, solution-focused, reality theory, and social cognitive learning. People must value change and want to employ what they have learned by applying new behavior.  I favor Bandura's social learning theory explains that people can learn from something new by observing the behavior of others and the practice of rational behavior. The stages of the social learning approach are attention, retention, reproduction, and motivation.

I provided individual therapy, case management, and assessments, facilitated art group, and community services with clients using person-centered approaches, and followed crisis plan procedures. I developed the vocational plan with the client to identify specific employment options, job development strategies, and employment support activities.
